Job Title Field: Product Business Analyst

Location Field: Los Angeles, CA (Position is currently 100% remote and will be on a hybrid remote model in new year.)

General Summary:

  • The Product Business Analyst I will act as the support that enables Product Management Analytics team to perform responsibilities effectively.
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for new report requests.
  • Create and maintains Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) Log/Issue Log and related supporting documentation.
  • Provides timely input into status reports. Work collaboratively across all Lines of Business (LOB) and teams to identify data sources and uses data to provide trends and opportunities for further investigation to support membership growth.
  • Identify and documents data gaps to support the continued development of data repositories.
  • Support the team in the development of business requirements.
  • Compose and maintain library of content and configuration requirements needed to implement particular product initiatives.
  • Work with cross functional business partners to understand strategic drivers (administrative costs, costs of care and membership) and align with implementation cycle or Core Transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to work plans, including tasks identification, and project timetable.
  • Maintain and updates work plans for tasks assigned to the Analytics team.
  • Work with team to update work plans and highlight risks and when timelines are in jeopardy. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • At least 4 relevant experience in health care report development and creation. At least 1-year experience working in press intensive organization.

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of the company's healthcare products, functions and regulatory guidelines.

Education:

  • Associates Degree in Healthcare or Business-Related field Experience may be considered
