Cruit Group is partnered with the Adopt-a-Pet team at Kinship and is in search of a Project Management Consultant (12+ months) to add to their growing team. This is a contract, potential contract to hire opportunity.

HOW YOU'LL CREATE A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS

We are looking for a Project Manager who will:

  • Take large, complex technical projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to establish and deliver optimal development and commercialization plan.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, through strong engagement, tracking and holding team members accountable.
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedules and project costs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

And for this role, we hope you have the following skills we require to round out our team:

  • More than 5 years of program/project management experience. PMP strongly preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, technical projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver on deadlines




BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Experience managing projects around website rebuilds/redesigns
  • Projects managing APIs that need to be rewritten
  • Experience managing data setup & migration to a CMS
