The Conrad Los Angeles soars 28 stories high, including 309 luxurious guestrooms and additional residential units.

Plans, organizes, and inventories general merchandise items. Communicates with Chef and management relative to purchases consistent with hotel needs and specifications. Negotiates pricing and purchase goods and ensure delivery in a timely manner. Review shipments to ensure products received are consistent with orders and proper grade and quality. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

What will I be doing?


    -Manage incoming deliveries of product, FF&E, and all hotel supplies
    -Communicate with Department Managers relative to purchase consistent with hotel needs and specifications
    -Negotiate pricing and purchase goods and services and ensure delivery in a timely manner
    -Interivew, select train and supervise staff, including cost control and discipline, to ensure smooth operation of storerooms
    -Review shipments to ensure products received are consisten with orders. Responsible for monitoring grades and quality of products to ensure they meet hotel standards
