Paradero Hotels:
In 2021, we opened Paradero Hotels, the first experience-inclusive hotel brand in Mexico/North America. Since opening in February, we have appeared in 150+ major publications (CNT, AD, T&L, NYT, etc) and have gained 60k instagram followers. In addition, Paradero has already secured additional real estate to develop branded residences that will be integrated into Paradero's operations. Thereafter, Paradero will look to grow to other destinations in Mexico and/or the US.

The hotel is located in Todos Santos, the upcoming destination near Cabo (think Cancun-Tulum effect) ripe with all types of activities. Empty surf breaks, organic produce, baja style tacos, best kite surfing/diving are part of the everyday lifestyle. Todos Santos is located 45 mins away from SJD Int Airport with incredible / cheap / frequent connectivity to any major city in the US and Mexico.

Job Description

The Role:
Real Estate Manager, a critical position for our business. This person should be able to lead the sales & marketing efforts of the newly created Residences division, with the launch of our first phase in Q4-21.

Main Responsibilities: Selling first phase of Paradero Residences. Owning and managing Paradero Residences sales & marketing and conversion funnel

  • Paradero Guests & Followers: Past, current and future staying guests that know the brand and destination, who are interested in buying unique branded residential product.
  • Referral Network: Network of top agents in key US cities (LA, SF, DEN, ATX, NY) that are sending highly curated buyers to Paradero
  • Local Agents: Buyers who are interested to buy property in Baja / Todos Santos, and are drawn to Paradero's design-focused turn-key branded residences

Compensation:

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable. Fixed base plus incentive comp.
  • Opportunity to earn an attractive bonus in results and performance.

Location:

  • Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico.
  • Accommodation provided. Start in Q4-21.
  • Frequent travel to major US cities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English & written communication skills.
  • A passion for creativity, design, giving back, outdoor lifestyle and a desire to learn
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in top-tier luxury real estate products
  • An analytical mindset that guides your intuition. You'll need to make data-driven decisions.
  • Working together with marketing teams translating customer needs to actionable items.
  • Must have experience leading teams, with proven results. Leadership mindset and behavior
