Job description

The Retail Merchandiser's primary function is to merchandise and stock products at various grocery stores in the Greater Los Angeles area. Average number of daily stops, 5-12 stores.

Replenish store shelves from back-room inventory and rotate expiration dates. Ensure retail price tags are displayed and all flavors are stocked. Throw away empty cases in box compactors after stocking. Follow established route list, keep route materials up to date and demonstrate sound safety practices.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma / GED equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a dependable vehicle with valid insurance
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Can be a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday availability preferred
Must have basic math skills
Operate personal vehicle between locations, can be subject to heavy traffic
Read, write and speak English
Must have a smartphone and access to internet

Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring stores are stocked with the correct expiration dates, correct flavor to tag, execute promotional displays, and keep back stock organized. Conduct activities in a safe and professional manner. Identify and communicate all opportunities and potential issues, respond to team member communications, informs supervisor of all relevant activities at accounts, communicate completion of assigned daily tasks.

Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Sit, Lift/Carry, Climb, Bend/Twist, and Kneel/Crouch
