AOO Events: Sales Associate (Entry-level)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Title: Sales Associate (Entry level)
Compensation: Compensation: $30k base plus quarterly bonus ($39k OTE, first year)
Benefits: Health benefits offered after 60-day probationary period
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30, + occasional time weekends and evenings
Travel: Not required
Advancement: Possible within 4 - 6 months
Experience: No previous sales experience is required. Training provided.

The Position

In order to realize more of our sales potential, we are adding a dedicated Sales operation to our company. The Sales Associate role is a new position, and will be instrumental in our growth plans. This position will focus on mastery of our Sales process, the foundation of effective sales work. Within 3- 6 months, the Sales Associate may advance into outside sales. No sales experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching will be provided. Training will involve testing, role plays, and some homework.

Responsibilities

Among the task of a Sales Associate:

  • Meet weekly and monthly productivity objectives
  • Conduct and record research related to sales pursuits (daily)
  • By phone, schedule 5 (min.) appointments with new prospective clients (monthly)
  • Manage account acquisition campaigns
  • Document and report progress (weekly)
  • Report to assigned manager (daily)
  • Attend weekly Productivity meeting
  • Attend events (occasionally)
  • Follow management assigned plan for accomplishment of goals and objectives

Location: Los Angeles
Compensation: $30k base salary, plus quarterly bonus ($39k OTE, first year)
Hours: fulltime, occasional hours during weekends and evenings
Travel: not required
