We are looking for a Business Analyst for your Medical Device Division. The purpose of the job is to provide the regulatory affairs team with data, analytics and reports.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Roles and Responsibilities

working primarily with Microsoft Excel and Regulatory Information Management system to track regulatory submissions and approvals. Experience with Excel required, including running matrices, pivot tables, macros.

Manager is looking for a self-starter who can follow up on and request needed information with in-country RA affiliates and manage the tracking system with relatively little oversight.

  • KPI creation and general reporting
  • Seek global alignment on KPI dashboards and metrics
  • Create, maintain, automate and distribute KPI cockpit and metrics using available reporting tools
  • Create and Maintain KPI List, KPI dashboards and KPI tree structure identifying and alerting on interdependencies of KPI
  • Work with Regulatory Affairs management on new or ad hoc reporting requirements and prioritization based on the business value these requests provide.
  • Analyze metrics and provide direction and recommendations to management
  • Provide input for financial, strategic and operational planning
  • Prepare and validate product traceability lists

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • 5 years' relevant experience in an international environment
  • Experience in reporting tools as Business Objects.
  • Profound knowledge of excel, access and PowerPoint.
  • Profound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an asset)
  • Fluent in English. Other language is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical
