SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Business Development Advisor will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth of the organization, with a focus on developing new client relationships. Target clients include high-net-worth individuals and families, retirement plans and non-profits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Schwab Advisor Network program to close client referrals made to the firm.
• Develop a network of centers of influence (CPAs, trust attorneys, pension administrators) who can refer prospective clients to the firm.
• Partner with the firm's Senior Client Advisors in managing relationships, which will include developing investment strategy, reviewing portfolio allocations and performance, and creating and reviewing financial plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, 5+ years investment experience and 10+ years professional experience.
• Highly motivated and personable.
• Strong track record of developing and retaining business.
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Direct experience and a solid understanding of the investment advisory industry.
• Desirable: CFP designation, existing relationships with centers of influence, transferable book of business.

Compensation:

• Base salary + annual bonus + recurring revenue into perpetuity.
