Our company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to work in our showroom. You must have a positive attitude, enjoy people, and have great communication skills. L'ATISTE is a woman's wholesale company that was established in 2011. We pride ourselves On our quality and unique design. As we continue to grow we hope to find a driven and self-motivated team player!

Key responsibilities for Customer Service Representative (include but are not limited to the following):

• Helping customers in the showroom, showing them our best sellers, new arrivals and following up with them over the phone and email.
• Able to multi-task and manage high volume day-to-day inbound/outbound calls, processing of purchase orders, invoices, etc.
• Maintain a High level of customer service that brings great satisfaction to our customers. (Not afraid to go above & beyond.)
• Build and manage positive and friendly customer, associate, and peer relationships.
• Able to assist & handle other office-related tasks at any given moment.
• Able to quickly learn company's products to do sales & up-sell when interacting with customers.
• Merchandising showroom, keeping up with inventory, and helping all Spanish customers in-store and over the phone.

• Full-Time & Very Punctual
• Passionate, Self-Motivated and adapts well to any environment.
• Fluctuates well between being team-oriented & working independently. (Even without supervision.)
• Reliable, responsible, and has great work ethics.
• Attentive to details and excellent organization skills.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks & customers without being overwhelmed.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in the fashion industry not required but preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish
