The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a Technology Transformation professional, you will help guide c-level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive level presentations for the c-level executive suite. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking, IT financial analysis and enterprise architecture. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements. Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to the clients. Through these experiences you will build expertise in leading edge technologies and concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Block Chain, etc. At the same time, you will actively contribute to internal practice initiatives like building thought capital, developing methodologies, supporting recruiting and training needs, while driving community of practice activities to enhance the firms' capabilities. • Qualifications.

§ Pursuing a MBA and approximately 3-7 years of prior work experience

§ A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges

§ Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences

§ Strong leadership skills and a desire to build cutting-edge solutions

§ Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision

§ 5+ years of experience in a business technology or consulting role

§ Ability to understand, analyze and apply leading frameworks to solve complex client technology problems

§ Experience in data analysis, reporting and developing executive presentations

§ Strong financial costing, analysis and benchmarking experience

§ Ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environments

§ Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs

§ A willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60% to client sites

§ A driver's license valid in the U.S.

What you can expect

• Our approach to hiring utilizes several different formats throughout the course of the recruiting process.

• In addition to speaking with our recruiters and client-serving professionals, we also leverage game-based assessments to assess your non-technical skills and attributes in a quick and engaging experience. This includes your collaboration style and your abilities to work with information and the use of pre-recorded video interviews (PRVI). PRVI technology provides a great opportunity for you to share more about your qualifications and interests, as well as to ask more specifics about EY and the role for which you are interviewing. It also provides you with the flexibility and convenience of completing at a time and place that works best for your schedule.

• Additional interviews may be in the form of a live interview, either via video or in-person.
