Our rivers, lakes, mountains, year-round festivals and fairs, entertainment, diverse recreation opportunities, hunting, camping, hiking, boating, fishing, community events, fine dining establishments, first-rate lodging, bikeways, and historic downtown shopping makes the Yuba and Sutter Counties a great place to live.# With a lower cost of living, you can enjoy California life with Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area only being a 2-hour drive.# # We#re looking for someone to join our team as a Laboratory Courier who: #deliver specimens, supplies, equipment, and reports to and from the satellite facilities, physician offices, veterinary clinics and the hospital. # # ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS # ####### Delivers and receive reports, specimens, supplies, and other requested items for physician offices, satellite facilities, and veterinary clinics. ####### Confirm courier needs with laboratory, radiology, and purchasing areas prior to beginning deliveries. ####### Maintains frequent contact with laboratory and radiology staff to ensure prompt courier service to all pick-up and delivery locations. ####### Transports receipt bags from outpatient clinics to Accounts Receivables department daily. Returns empty bag to the clinics. ####### Ensure assigned vehicle is in good working condition, clean interior and exterior and current in maintain service requirements. ####### Performs other job-related duties as assigned. # # You#ll be successful with the following qualifications: # Education:# # ####### High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred ####### Associate#s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred # Work Experience: ####### Courier experience: Preferred # Required Licenses/Certifications: ####### Valid Driver#s License (DL): Required

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

* High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
* Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

* Courier experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:

* Valid Driver's License (DL): Required
