RealREPP is currently teaming with a growing owner/developer in the Bay area to assist in recruiting for an Asset Manager.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing and dynamic owner/developer in the the Menlo Park area! The Asset Manager will oversee a Class A LEED Certified portfolio totaling over 2 MSF and will mentor 3 property management teams consisting of 3 Property Managers, 2 Assistant Property Managers and 2 Property Coordinators!. The ideal candidate must have experience mentoring and managing a large teams and lease negotiations (new and renewals). Responsibilities

  • Conduct and update asset business plans along with property management and leasing
  • Overlook company's planning processes including maintaining communication with various departments
  • Creating budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare quarterly and annual investment report materials
  • Analyze financials, transactions, and other obligations
  • Lead and conduct special projects
  • Look over and confirm reports from third party appraisals

Requirements

  • 12+ years of commercial property management experience (focus on Class A office asset management)
  • Strong Operations, Mentoring, and Management Skills
  • Experience with managing and mentoring a mid size team
  • Must have significant experience in leasing (both new and renewals)
  • Experience with Yardi is highly preferred
  • Industry Designations - highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree - required
