**Summary:**

We are looking for a candidate to join Facebook's real estate and facilities team. The candidate will be responsible to work collaboratively in developing long-term real estate strategies for Facebooks major global hubs. Developed strategies will align with the company's growth direction and provide the basis for determining future real estate needs. The role will require strong cross functional partnership with Regional Leaders, Real Estate Transactions, Space planning, HR, Finance, and Location Strategy.

**Required Skills:**

1. Establish a program and methodology for development of global real estate plans which will include analysis of (growth, demographic, transport, infrastructure, housing, and real estate trends).

2. Research and develop a comprehensive medium and long-term strategy plans for FBs major global hub locations.

3. Partner closely with relevant HR, workforce strategy teams, and finance on new location strategies.

4. Work cross functionally with relevant real estate and facilities teams - space planning, regional leadership, transactions, transport, security and culinary.

5. Develop global real estate efficiency and portfolio cost savings initiatives.

6. Keep abreast of global real estate trends and markets and identify opportunities to take advantage of these trends.

7. Work closely with finance teams on long range budget planning.

8. Update FCS leadership on strategy plans, and initiatives.

9. Work closely with FB policy, communications, and community engagement teams.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. 15+ years of Real Estate Strategy or relevant experience

11. Experience leading global projects with global partners

12. Experience motivating and focusing collaboration to reach goals

13. BA/BS degree or higher

**Preferred Qualifications:**

14. Excellent communication skills to develop white papers for major hubs

15. Strong communicator who can lead meetings, develop strong internal partnerships, build consensus, and adapt style to specific audience or individual

16. Strong analytical and research skills
