Major responsibilities

- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Receive and place telephone calls

- Field and send written business correspondence

- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Candidates with entry-level customer service experience in the construction, logistics, retail, hospitality or dining industries are highly encouraged to apply!

+ Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

+ Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

+ Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

+ Microsoft Office experience preferred

+ Inside sales experience

+ Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

+ Experience with SAP

+ Understanding of order entry

+ Strong customer service and office administrative skills

+ Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

+ Excellent problem-solving skills

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
