Job description
Job Summary: Under general supervision, this role provides general administrative support within the Human Resources Department.
Core Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and auditing employment personnel files
* Generate Offer Letters and Wage Notices
* Send new hire packets via DocuSign
* Create new hire packets for filing
* Maintaining electronic job description master database
* Perform Reference Check calls
* Coordinate orientation with new/rehires and hiring managers
* Administer Sand Dollars recognition program
* Track Ocean of Gratitude program
* Administer Wellness gifts
* Administer Comp AQ tickets (pending program status)
* Distribution of incoming mail and processing of outgoing mail/packages
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
? A minimum of 2 years general office experience
? PC proficiency and strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
? Accurate record-keeping and strong attention to detail required
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
? Proven customer service skills
? Ability to work within and maintain MBA's Core Values
