Position Info

The Human Resource/ Finance Coordinator performs clerical and administrative duties to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of financial and personnel information. Duties may include processing applications for employment, maintaining employee benefit records and personnel files, answering phones, responding to general inquiries, preparing reports and payrolls, schedules, and other information. The position is responsible to process and post a variety of accounting transactions such as payments, invoices, and expenses. This position also maintains files, checks and verifies data, enters data in an accounting system, does basic research into the system, and generates reports.
