Position Description
TITLE: People Analyst, Reporting & Insights

The People Analytics team acts as an internal innovation lab, using analytical approaches to make sure we continues to be a great place to work. The team provides critical support to the business around issues of organizational health and is responsible for not just taking the pulse of our employees, but harnessing employee feedback to drive change for the better.
As a Reporting & Insights People Analyst, you will play an important role in helping the HR teams address the POps (People Operations) related data and analytical needs of their teams and clients across the globe.Your knowledge of people data will enable you to provide action-oriented analyses and accompanying insights to ensure they can be used to provide information and help make thoughtful, data-driven decisions. You'll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You're a strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done.
Job responsibilities:

  • Combine information for different sources to create analytical plans that address client/stakeholder needs, and execute them.
  • Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from data, and convey findings.
  • Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand reporting solutions (e.g. dashboards).
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve organizational problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple analyses and requests through active prioritization and communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory
  • 3 years of experience in a business analyst, data engineering or business analyst role
  • Proficient with Spreadsheets, SQL and Scripting.
  • Experience manipulating large datasets, joining multiple datasets and aggregating data to create metrics to feed into cohesive narratives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Experience with data Analysis and Analytical Thinking.
  • Experience working in a cross-Functional, collaborative environment,
  • Experience using data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses to relevant audience
  • Desired
  • Experience with inferential statistics.
  • Experience with R and other scripting languages.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts for a large organization.
  • Excellent communications skills and solutions, and client service-oriented with an emphasis on creativity and diligence.
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working autonomously at times.
