HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assigned to client group(s) as primary contact for addressing spectrum of People needs and initiatives Benefits, Compensation, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HCM automation embracing spectrum of Employee Data, Engagement, Enrollment, Performance, and Retention and Staffing.
  • Materially facilitates and/or orchestrates cyclical campaigns e.g., Benefits Enrollment, Compensation Planning, Employee Survey, Performance Assessment.
  • Resolves issues as they arise benefits concerns, relationship concerns, compliance concerns.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data as assigned.
  • Performs onboarding and exit interview support.
  • Provides full-cycle Talent Acquisition services Posts solicitations, reviews resumes, screens & coordinates interviews, checks references, and preps offers negotiates with staffing agencies, too!
  • Facilitates company commitment to fortifying workplace harmony via resolving concerns relating to benefits, compensation, interpersonal conflict, health & safety, leaves of absence you name it, we likely cover that ground.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University degree preferred; a BS in HR Administration or Business a plus; or equivalent professional experience.
  • PHR or CP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of substantive business experience ideally in the Life Science/Biotech space.
  • Demonstrated currency in HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Fluid navigation on video-conferencing platforms as primary operating environment (e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Database fluency & affinity for analysis ideal.
