The Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to organization. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Handle coordination of approved job postings in system; setting up workflow on application/resume visibility for hiring manager and interview team
* Drafting offer letters in Paycom upon offer letter requests, pushing them to Director, HR or hiring manager for final review and approval
* Assist in ramp up of call center staff, ensuring that tracker stays updated; troubleshooting system access and issues for candidates and new hires
* Launching onboarding and background checks upon receipt of signed offer letter in system
* Handling I9 completion and EVerify within Paycom
* Backup to Director, HR for new hire orientation
Benefits/Systems:
* Backup to Director, HR to ensure that benefit elections/changes are being pushed from Paycom benefits to carriers on a weekly basis
* Approving qualifying event notifications
* Backup to Director, HR to create PAFs and push to payroll for review and approval
* Assist in troubleshoot and set up of system access
Documentation/Recordkeeping:
* Maintain the integrity and storage of HR files in records, uploading personnel documents in corresponding employee files in system
* Handle employment verification letters and calls
* Ensure system HR reportable fields are current and to date
* Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* 4-6 years of general HR experience
* Highly detail-oriented and organized: ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
* Quick learner and agile: able to adapt and learn various computer applications including human resource information system (HRIS), experience with Paycom a plus
* Process-oriented: able to create, document, and implement processes from start to finish
* Collaborative team player: willing to jump in and anticipate needs of others in the organization
* Strong interpersonal skills: comfortable communicating with excellent presence across all levels of the organization
* Adaptable: ability to multi-task and shift priorities as they come; comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Must be willing to ask questions and excited to learn new things.
* Exceptional communicator: ability to communicate in both verbal and orally.
* Experience in technology industry preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
