Insight Global is looking for a Recruiter to join a large automotive manufacturing company and their Urban Air Mobility Division. Their world-class team is working together to develop a completely new product, eVTOL, and build a new industry. Their recruiting team plays an essential role in igniting our growth by fostering inclusion and engaging topflight talent.

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic recruiter ready to shape a novel recruiting experience with Diversity & Inclusion at the forefront. You are adept at sourcing and closing a variety of roles, and approach full lifecycle recruiting with creativity, nimbleness, and with a rooting in fair process and systems. Not only will you be the main point of contact and build strong rapport with diverse candidates, but you will craft long-term consultative partnerships with both technical and non-technical teams and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Drives full-cycle recruiting for various teams: proactively sources, engages, maintains, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions

Collaborates with and advises hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with solid understanding of talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search.

Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes

Actively and persistently sources passive talent through LinkedIn and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles

Ensures top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics

Embeds Diversity & Inclusion into every step of the recruiting process

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in business or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment (reputable companies)

Strong track record of recruiting in top talent markets like technology, R&D and engineering

Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems; proficiency in Boolean search

Passion for recruiting with innate ability to instill enthusiasm for our company into all communications with candidates

Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies.

Outcome-oriented doer who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to get done

Energetic, business-minded, safety conscious, strategic, emotionally-intelligent and creative

Experience in aviation, automotive, and the mobility space with UAS or UAM
