Mountain View, CA (hybrid schedule, 2-3 days/week onsite)

About Our People Operations Team
Our People Operations team looks after programs like culture-building, recruiting, total rewards, talent development, performance management, physical and remote working arrangements, and more. We are focused on creating a positive, collaborative culture where people feel valued and heard, and helping our employees thrive in a fast-changing environment.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll:
* Schedule interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams
* Facilitate interviews as they occur, both remotely and onsite, by welcoming candidates and providing assistance when needed
* Process offers and initiate onboarding steps for newly hired employees
* Manage all candidate communications, establishing templates and standards to help build scalable systems
* Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate
* Track health of recruiting pipeline through metrics in Greenhouse and other recruitment tools
About You
* 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment support, administrative, or related role
* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Proficient with various organizational and recruitment tools, including exceptional calendar management skills
* Customer service and relationship building skills, willingness to go above and beyond
Ideal candidates will also have:
* Experience in applicant tracking system Greenhouse, specifically
* Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment
