What will you do?

* Source, interview, and help to close candidates. Generally, "jump in" as part of the recruiting efforts to find great talent
* Manage a small team, including contractors, and grow it as needed to accomplish our goals
* Oversee and own all the administrative aspects of our recruiting efforts
* Partner with both back-end functions (finance, legal, HR) and business functions (product, marketing, engineering, business development, sales, customer support) to serve their talent needs and to assist in initiatives to facilitate growth.
* Proactively identify process and experience gaps across the candidate experience and implement creative solutions using technology or automation whenever possible
* Help to build and deliver against a workforce/headcount plan, across all stakeholders and TA programs
* Champion the data driven recruiting mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive talent & business outcomes
* Partner with internal stakeholders to support employee onboarding
* Work with HR and leadership to develop managerial capability for finding, engaging, and interviewing talent
