Job Summary

Perform ID and CAC issuance support services by processing identification issuance requests and supporting the Government's issuance of identification badges for building and system access systems.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or High School equivalent education level.

• Have operational knowledge and/or experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access and DoD CAC Card issuance policies and procedures AND Certificates of Completion proving successful completion of all required DEERS/RAPIDS Training detailed in Technical Exhibit 5 by the end of the Phase in Period.

• Pass a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) and a favorable completion of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check, or an eDoD-determined equivalent investigation

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Provide administrative support services to the US Army Reserve Command (USARC) necessary to operate RAPIDS workstations and support the Government's issuance of USIDs to eligible recipients in support of the USID Card Offices Ensure adherence to all safety practices and procedures while performing or supervising the performance of tasks in all work areas.
  • Responsible for the accountability, control, verification, and issuance of military identification (ID) cards and CACs for active-duty military, reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, family members/dependents, and other eligible recipients.
  • Process identification issuance requests and supporting the Government's issuance of identification badges for building and system access systems.
  • Operate the USARC's USID Card Issuance Systems.
  • Perform required ID card and CAC issuance verification /background tasks to include researching and reviewing source documents, verifying eligibility, and discussing entitlements.
  • Input and Maintain Records in DEERS/RAPID System.
  • Generate quality of work product in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Prepare written reports and other documents necessary for the completion of specific projects.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
