Reliable Robotics is seeking to hire a full-time Technical Recruiter. At Reliable Robotics recruiters are responsible for driving all aspects of the hiring process and you will be instrumental in achieving our mission. You will work with the recruiting team and hiring managers to execute our recruiting strategy. Our team is made up of world class experts across a variety of functions. A key aspect of your role will involve building a network of engineers and operations experts from software, hardware, and aerospace industries. If you love network building, this is the perfect role for you. This position can be filled remotely or based at our facility in Mountain View, California.
Responsibilities
* Build candidate pipelines through referrals, sourcing, networking, and market research. You will spend a significant amount of time developing candidate networks across software engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace, and more.
* Act as a Business Partner to design and execute recruiting strategies with the hiring managers.
* Own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, and presenting offers.
* In addition to recruiting, you will help us implement early people programs - Employee Referrals, Interview Training, University Outreach, etc.
Basic Qualification
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, "In-house" for a high growth startup company
Preferred Skills and Experience
* 2+ years of experience working as a remote team member
* Experience hiring across a variety of roles with a love for exploring new technologies
* Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
* Mentor to hiring managers, employees, and candidates
* Proven track record of sourcing, candidate management, and offer closing
* High EQ with an ability to define and communicate candidate goals and motivations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
