This position requires an experienced professional which maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing/enforcing violators of policy and procedures, looking out for trespassers.Crowd control for emergencies, such as medical/fire/disastersCompletes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnessesInspect and patrol premises regularlyMonitor property's entrance/exitsAuthorize entrance of people and vehiclesSecure all exits, doors and windowsMonitor surveillance camerasRespond to alarms/emergencies/suspicious activities in a timely mannerProvide aid to people in needQualifications: Customer Service a mustExcellent verbal and written English communication skills highly preferredMust be 21 years or olderPrevious law enforcement or military experience with honorable discharge preferredAbility to walk/stand/sit for up to 12 hours at a time as neededAbility to do walking patrolsAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays as operational need dictatesPreferred; guard card, first aid, CPR, CCTV experience, MS Office programs, access control experienceEducation: High School diploma or GED At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
