This position requires an experienced professional with a background in vehicle alerting and fault reporting strategies. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.The Role:Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on vehicle trend analysis and health monitoringValidate and disposition vehicle alertsUnderstand analytics and models that output alertsIdentify and drive projects for analytic optimization and reduce alert volumeWork closely with Services Engineering and Customer Care to pinpoint customer technical issuesDevelop training materials in consultation with Design Engineering and Remote DiagnosticsResolve critical issues as they arise by coordinating with cross-functional teamsServe as a champion to the overall Alert Monitoring teamTroubleshoot data issuesBe creative in your designWork in a multi-program environmentMaintain relevant timelines and deliverables with Program ManagersPresent outcomes and progress to the Executive team as well as to other audiencesQualifications: BS in Engineering or other related technical fields3 years Technical Project Management experienceWillingness to work different shiftsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical informationHave worked in a high pace environmentExperience in process and project development in cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of analytics and machine learningProficiency in SQLProven technical leadership experienceExperience in training and onboarding new team membersAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
