Position Description: Strategic Services and Transformation team is responsible for delivering program and project management on firm-wide strategic initiatives. The team also drives defining project management and project reporting standards.We are seeking an exceptional Project Associate to contribute to a variety of projects of broad and diverse scope with considerable impact to the organization.Primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a program management team in driving projects through stakeholder engagement, planning, communications, dependency and risk management. Secondarily, this individual will contribute to team's stakeholder communications, in particular using KeyedIn portfolio management system to maintain project portfolio, progress and risk reporting.The successful candidate will have the ability to manage change and competing priorities effectively. They should possess excellent prioritization skills and have ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment globally with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment.Role Responsibility:Essential functions, responsibilities & duties include:Work independently or as part of a team of program/project managers to provide project support, including communications, reporting, scheduling; assist with the creation of executive reporting materialsSupport the project intake process and the set-up of projects in the PMO project management toolCreate, maintain and publish project and portfolio metrics and analytics to support project prioritization process and provide project portfolio insightManage PMO reporting including accurately develop, maintain, and publish reportsContribute and maintain project management best practices, tools and templates to drive continuous improvement. Provide education on and support of the PMO Toolkit and processes Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in project management and reporting/analysis, preferably as Business Analyst or Project Management role with knowledge of software development life cycle and/or business process change managementPrior experience in asset management, Big 4, consulting or client management role with an interest in project initiativesStrong project management skills: ability to identify and manage dependencies, anticipates risks, raise and resolve issues timelyStrong experience of project management tools and techniques including Agile (e.g. SmartSheet, KeyedIn, Jira/Confluence).
