SageView Advisory Group, LLC (SageView) is looking for a Revenue Manager position. This position will report to the Director of FP&A and be responsible for financial analysis, management reporting and other activities related to revenue management activities across the firm. SageView is posed for incredible growth and this position will get in on the ground-floor of an organization that will quickly and materially grow providing great opportunity for advancement, meaningful work assignments and span of control on business matters that is not available at other firms.

SageView is an independent Registered Investment Advisor with over 170 employees located across the nation with headquarters in Newport Beach, CA. The firm provides unbiased retirement plan and wealth management consulting services to clients throughout the U.S. We have been evaluating and advising retirement plans and participants since 1989. SageView advises on over 1,400 defined contribution, defined benefit and deferred compensation plans totaling more than $170 billion of client assets. Our advisors each have extensive experience in the financial industry and have worked with some of the largest plans in the nation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop processes and tools to mechanize and automate the revenue billing process
• Evaluate current revenue billing methodologies to find common variables and economic elements to develop ways to standardize billing methods and ensure the processes and methods are scalable for the organization
• Analyze commercial contracts to ensure worldwide revenues are properly accounted for according to US GAAP
• Work with sales, customer success & other functions to provide guidance during customer negotiations and new business model development to achieve revenue objectives
• Assist in the nationwide revenue reporting and develop audit processes to ensure accurate, timely and auditable revenue billing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policy
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests, providing a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making
• Respond to revenue and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting business unit and departmental financial data
• All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
• MBA a plus
• Minimum 5 experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in FP&A, revenue management and / or corporate finance preferred
• Experience developing, leading and revenue management processes

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None to start. Will grow quickly as the company grows.

Position Type & Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 5:00pm and may fluctuate with business needs, at the direction of or with managerial approval. Flexibility work arrangements possible depending upon candidate.
