Job description

We are Hiring for Bilingual Human Resources Admin

for the City of Fontana.


Summary/Objective
Human Resources Administrator to oversee all generalist areas of human resources.
Responsibilities including but not limited to managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, promoting and fostering
positive employee relations, monitoring company compliance in all legal obligations such as FMLA, ADA, EEO,
Worker's Compensation, Safety, etc.


Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED; Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and training
Experience with Paychex Flex or similar cloud based system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized with proven ability to multitask; able to prioritize workload under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills
