Overview

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and People Team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment or Human Resources.

Bullet point primary functions that this role will be responsible for.
Include both short-term deliverables and longer-term priorities that should be covered. Responsibilities: Owns the administration for job postings on SmartRecruiters (ATS) and relevant websites directly
Updating the social media channels (LinkedIn Job Slots, Glassdoor) Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts Raising cost centre code numbers for advertising and ensuring that these are approved in a timely fashion
Following up where necessary, and maintaining a record of advertising spend.
Reviewing applicants CV and covering letter or applications and shortlisting them
Monitor and action Talent inbox
Scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates; booking virtual zoom meetings
Notifying unsuccessful candidates by e-mail at the conclusion of each campaign
Dealing with requests for feedback and providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns.
