Job description

We're thrilled to announce our recent $202 million Series D funding round! Our mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth. We believe that justice is served by truth, and our platform helps users discover it. Cloud-native and AI-powered, Everlaw is revolutionizing the way law firms, government agencies, and corporate legal departments handle mountains of digital data for internal investigations, ediscovery, and case preparation. We're growing rapidly and we're looking for passionate people to join us on the next phase of this incredible journey!

Everlaw has rapidly expanded over the past 18 months and we're continuing to grow. The Recruiting team supports hiring across the company (Oakland, London, Washington DC) with an emphasis on building structured hiring processes that drive diversity, equity and inclusion. We're looking ahead to another exciting year of growth in 2022 and we're expanding our own team in preparation. That's where you come in!

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to provide business partnership to executives and hiring managers across multiple teams, including supporting Director-level searches and managing agency relationships, as needed. You'll leverage your Talent Acquisition experience to identify and source exceptional candidates, employing creative candidate marketing strategies and expertly communicating Everlaw's value proposition. And your work will matter - our company's mission is centered around promoting justice and we're looking for someone who will demonstrate leadership as an advocate for an unbiased and inclusive hiring process.

Recruiting is a key pillar under our Operations organization, which provides the foundation for the company to function and scale gracefully. At our core, we work hard to optimize business and people operations to help Everlaw and every Everlawyer succeed. We do this by stewarding complex business decisions, providing project management leadership for key cross-functional projects, and serving as a center of excellence for operational best practices. Our people practices aim to attract, hire, and nurture Everlawyers to reach their full potential and enable the company to grow intentionally.

At Everlaw, our mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth. Our company culture is open and vibrant and we're committed to the professional growth of our team members, offering an annual learning and development stipend and regular check-ins with managers regarding career goals. If you're looking for a place that values passion, integrity, thinking big, and a desire to learn, we'd love to hear from you! Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. Learn more about Life at Everlaw.

This is a full-time nonexempt position located onsite in Oakland, California.
