Chick-fil-A Quarry Creek is by Adam Hoffman, who has been with Chick-fil-A as an Operator since 2008. Job Description

The Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A in Oceanside, CA is a 3-5 year leadership development program designed to prepare an individual for a future as a Chick-fil-A franchise owner. This program was developed by Adam and his team of leaders to provide intentional growth and leadership opportunities. The program starts with learning the foundational roles in the business from a team member perspective for about 3 months. With the foundation built, this individual then begins to be in charge of the day to day operations by leading the shifts. Once they demonstrate mastery of the day to day operations they will then begin to rotate thru leadership in the various areas of the business. These areas include Kitchen, Hospitality, Marketing, and Support. Thru these rotations this individual will be responsible for a team of 180+ employees and will set the course for their future.


POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Rotate through multiple aspects of the business to gain knowledge of the total operation

· Within the first year and based on performance, promotion in the business to a Director role. Director responsibilities vary by which department you are promoted to

· Follow specific growth track toward long-term career with Chick-fil-A

· Work alongside the team in daily production and operation

· Lead and develop new team members

· Perform team training and development, as well as evaluations and one-on-ones

· Drive a positive culture amongst the team

· Meet regularly with the Operator and leadership team for development

Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree Required

· 2+ years of work experience preferred

· 1+ years of previous leadership experience preferred (this can include leadership experience during college years)

· Hard-working, driven individual. Understands grit and perseverance

· Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, focused on development

· Great communicator, ability to connect with multiple personalities

· Effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm and energy

· Positively impact the people and culture around you

· Forward-thinker, always setting the pace
