+ Acts as member of the leadership team at our manufacturing site in Orange, taking full responsibility for the employee experience and proactively driving best practices for the site


+ Proactively leads the delivery of HR Processes for the facility and business line leadership, developing strategies and plans that enable the company to meet human capital needs and business targets.


+ Manages HR program and process implementation, often in collaboration with our Corporate HR functions.


+ Leads advising issues related to retention, organizational development, employee relations.


+ Helps in policy interpretation and ensures organizational compliance to applicable policies, laws, and accreditation standards.


+ Demonstrates ability to track/analyze/communicate and intervene on strategic workforce metrics to include retention, turnover, time to fill, headcount, labor costs.


+ Works with the leadership team on strategies related to operations workforce planning and employee engagement.


+ Manages employee relations and performance issues to ensure positive outcomes for the operation and our employees


+ Develops interventions that stabilize business performance and employee engagement


+ Looks for continuous improvement opportunities and builds process/standard work for the site


+ Partners with Environmental Health and Safety to ensure the safety and comfort of our workforce


**Your Key Qualifications as an HR Manager:**


+ Bachelor's degree


+ 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources


+ HR experience in manufacturing environment


+ Strong communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written


+ Willing to flex schedules to interact with multiple shifts


+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite


+ WorkDay and ADP experience a PLUS!
