Job description
Reputable and progressive healthcare company based in Orange County is expanding and is in need of a sharp Senior Financial Analyst in a strategic role.
**Hybrid Remote Flex Schedule Available**
Responsibilities:
- Support evaluation and execution of potential merger and acquisition opportunities by developing business cases, building detailed financial models, and working closely with internal leaders and external advisors.
- Creates detailed financial analysis including pro forma scenarios to assess impacts of business opportunities.
- Utilizes benchmarking best practices for data tracking and monitoring outcomes.
- Facilitates tracking physician contractual performance to the contractual targets and requirements.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic and financial planning.
- Serves as a primary source to management relative to financial impact of potential business opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned including ad hoc analytics and support

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an analyst
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills, including strong financial modelling abilities
- Preferred:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Hospital/healthcare experience
