Job description

Reputable and progressive healthcare company based in Orange County is expanding and is in need of a sharp Senior Financial Analyst in a strategic role.


**Hybrid Remote Flex Schedule Available**


Responsibilities:

  • Support evaluation and execution of potential merger and acquisition opportunities by developing business cases, building detailed financial models, and working closely with internal leaders and external advisors.
  • Creates detailed financial analysis including pro forma scenarios to assess impacts of business opportunities.
  • Utilizes benchmarking best practices for data tracking and monitoring outcomes.
  • Facilitates tracking physician contractual performance to the contractual targets and requirements.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic and financial planning.
  • Serves as a primary source to management relative to financial impact of potential business opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned including ad hoc analytics and support

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills, including strong financial modelling abilities
  • Preferred:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Hospital/healthcare experience
