Job description

Job Description: One of my best client is seeking a SR. RECRUITER Salary range $70-80k. Standard benefits (Medical, Dental Vision), Cell Phone, Laptop, Vacation: likely 2 weeks at start (not usable until after 6 months successful performance), Holidays: 7 most common, Sick days: 5 (CA requirement). Mission: The Sr. Recruiter's central mission is to effectively and efficiently source, screen, interview, and identify and refer, high quality candidates for the benefit of SC Fuels hiring managers' staffing initiatives. The Sr. Recruiter also aids in onboarding, training and performance management initiatives. Core Responsibilities: 1. Build Position Profiles: In collaboration with hiring managers, the Sr. Recruiter aids in building position profiles that accurately reflect position requirements. 2. Build and Execute Recruiting Strategies: The Sr. Recruiter builds and executes recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines providing a sufficient pool of candidates for each of the hiring initiatives. These strategies include but are not limited to: writing and placement of position postings, sourcing candidates from internal and external resume subscription services, direct sourcing and recruiting of passive candidates through LinkedIn and other online sources, building relationships with schools and training centers, and creating and attending job fair events. 3. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing the ATS, position details & requirements, and the candidate process within the system. 4. Building Candidate Pipelines: Source, Recruit Candidates 5. Candidate Screening and Interview: The Sr. Recruiter creates and uses screening methodology to evaluate candidates against agreed upon criteria. Candidate screening includes resume, phone, video and in person interviews. 6. Onboarding and Documentation: The Sr. Recruiter creates and organizes onboarding elements, and documentation. Onboarding elements include offer letters, applications, background checks, health screenings, and reference checks. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter schedules, and initiates, onboarding events for new hires in a timely manner. 7. Performance Management: The Sr. Recruiter aids in the annual performance review process by collaborating and coordinating with managers to ensure annual performance management reviews are completed on time. 8. Reporting: The Sr. Recruiter gathers, compiles, and provides detailed analysis of data, for a variety of internal and external reporting requirements. 9. Training: The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for creating training materials and events to aid hiring managers in the use of iCIMS (Applicant Tracking Software) and hiring best practices. These include but are not limited to resume reviews, phone and video screening, and in person interviewing techniques. 10. Other: In addition, as part of the Human Resources team, the Sr. Recruiter will also contribute to company and department initiatives as needs arise. They prefer a BA degree, corporate vs agency experience, ATS experience, career tenure, technology proficiency at a 8 +, exceptional oral and written communication skills.
