Job description

Our client is seeking a Vice President to join their Corporate Marketing team.


In this role, you will bring strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to bring to life internal and external marketing programs across several channels and audiences. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across marketing (digital, content, social, events, paid media, etc.) and business management teams (Purpose at The Firm, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), HR, Recruiting, Internal Communications, etc.), as well as coordination with business stakeholders.

This position will be located in The Firm's Newport Beach, CA office. Relocation assistance will be provided.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic planning, process development and optimization of Corporate Marketing activity
  • Lead and support the execution of our Corporate Marketing strategy and programs, with ultimate accountability for success across all pillars of activity
  • Lead tasks across multiple projects to stay organized and meet deadlines
  • Provide regular reporting on the success of activities
  • Develop presentations to convey strategy, information, and ideas
  • Lead stakeholder management both internally and externally across Corporate Marketing to meet deadlines and see projects through to completion
  • Champion integration and connectivity of Corporate Marketing across global marketing team and workflow

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within anyone or more of the following: philanthropic marketing, Human Resources/recruitment marketing, and/or employee engagement (corporate programs, inclusion & diversity, purpose efforts, and employee engagement)
  • Enthusiasm to work in the investment management industry
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and lead a large number of ongoing initiatives
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization, and present these findings to stakeholders
