Job description

Our busy real estate team is looking for an tech savvy and social media savvy Assistant for our in office location in Palm Desert.

The job would be a full time position in our sales office working with our sales team and rental team. We work in a fast paced environment and are looking for a teammate that has a "can-do" attitude and can fit into many roles.

Proficiency in the following areas:
Social Media (Facebook, Facebook Business, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Linked in)
Marketing
Email Marketing

Since we manage a significant number of properties you will be asked to help where needed including meeting with tenants and owners, problem solving homeowner vendor services, Running errands to bank deposits etc

Must have an active real estate license in the state of CA, and a reliable car with insurance, be a team player and be willing to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients and other co-workers. We are looking for our next forward thinking teammate that can add value to our clients and also wants to grow into a larger role with our organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
