Team Overview

Luminar is looking for an accomplished and highly collaborative Technical Sourcer to help us scale our fast-growing Engineering teams! As a Technical Sourcer at Luminar, you will work closely with business leaders on our Engineering teams to drive our hiring efforts forward. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to our internal business partners and recruiting teams, to help streamline our recruiting process. The Technical Sourcer will build and drive recruiting methodologies, diversity hiring strategies, employer branding, and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

Responsibilities

* You will partner with our technical leaders and hiring teams to develop a keen understanding of current and future hiring needs
* Build, manage, and maintain the recruiting process for specific pipelines
* Help build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive candidates; drive internal and network referrals, and utilize online postings
* Quickly assess priorities and help identify target candidate profiles
* Align to recruitment strategy including crafting job descriptions, sourcing, and interviewing
* Manage recruiting strategies to attain weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting metrics
* Develop recruiting project plans to help drive process and compliance
* Foster and build an unparalleled and unique candidate experience

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years of sourcing for technical positions preferably in a high-growth and fast paced environment
* Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
* Experience working with technical leaders and recruiters across different offices
* Proven ability to research and understand divisional business needs in a high tech company and implement tactical plans that will meet hiring goals.
* Demonstrable ability to influence, with an emphasis on transparency and diplomacy
