Support the closing, booking and funding of Real Estate Finance and Healthcare Medical Office Building across the REF and HC/MOB Lines of Business
Review legal documents to ensure documentation complies with Bank policy, Credit Approval and CIT Policy & Procedures and loan documents accurately reflects the approved transaction details.
Strong oral & written communication skills and ability to manage relationships with RMs and PMs and other departments within the Bank
Three + years experience in commercial loan/mortgage banking and a 'must have' experience in closing CRE loans
Must be able to understand loan documents and ability to ask questions and work independently in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and detailed oriented
Must be a fast learner

Experience with Strategy and LoanIQ preferred
College degree preferred 3+ years of prior experience
