The Fulfillment Specialist III is responsible for supporting the Wire and Transaction Team to ensure their performance meets department quotas and standards.
- Accurately review and analyze transactions received from internal and external customers adhering to established employee responsibility limits (ERL) and ensure requestor(s) ERL is followed.
- Monitor work queues and ensure requests are transacted accurately meeting required guidelines, policies and procedures in a fast pace environment
- Able to work and resolves issues independently and in a timely manner
- Displays etiquette, knowledge, and solutions when communicating with customers
- Perform research and provide follow-up on more complex transactions or inquiries.
- Perform a variety of audits and certifications ensuring work is correctly processed according to the department standards, policies, procedures.
- Receive and resolve escalation as well as provide follow-up where required.
- Must be proficient on all product and services offered by OWB and CIT.
- Must have strong organization skills with a strong ability to multi-task within OWB and CIT
- Must be able to adhere to and meet established deadlines and service level agreements.
- Accurately document and communicate effectively with peers, variety of business units and management teams.
- Detail oriented with the strong analytical skills.
- Follow Bank standards, policy, procedure and regulations. May be asked to perform other tasks as assigned. Able to work collaboratively and productively as an individual or within a team.
- Must be familiar with bank products, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to utilize a variety of applications.
- Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office applications.
