Recruiter/ Sourcer - Up to $55K plus Commission

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. This position is work from home for now, but could change in the future. Must have a quiet office space to work in from home with WiFi.
? Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating, reassigning, and referrals
? Interview, evaluate and reference all candidates to determine their skill levels.
? May respond to candidate questions, requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances
? Maintain accurate records including timely data entry in database of recruiting and order fulfillment activity levels and their suitability for employment and/or placement by the company
? Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required. Determine applicant?s qualification for placement and assignment removal
? Recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the client?s specific job order requirements to ensure client retention.

? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interact candidates via telephone, Video and face-to-face.
? Demonstrate effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
? Participate in interviewing and placing candidates.
? Display professional people skills at all times.
? Computer/System Skills Requirement: 38 WPM, working knowledge of computer software and performing basic tasks such as internet searches and creating documents
? Education Requirement: High School Diploma
