How will you make an impact?

Work in OpenArray Quality Control lab; perform sample preparation, data analysis, document up keep and general lab duties to ensure only the highest level of quality of OpenArray products can be shipped to the customers.

What will you do?

* Follow written SOPs and batch records and revise as needed.
* Perform sample preparation, data analysis, document upkeep, and general lab tasks as scheduled
* Handle and work with biological and chemical reagents
* Take full responsibility for the manufacture of products as delegated by the Production Team Supervisor or Team Leader.
* Maintains quality service by established organization standards.
* Address and report to supervisor or Lead any problems in daily manufacturing and propose effective countermeasures.
* Periodically review and discuss your priorities with supervisor or team lead.
* Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery.
* Communicate effectively with other production staff.
* Achieve high productivity by reliable and punctual attendance.
* Responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned daily (working O/T may be required).

How will you get here?

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or equivalent knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience

* 1 year of lab experience required (obtained through work).
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas within the manufacturing work cells.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

* Knowledge in SAP/TrackWise/Agile
* Ability to perform manual calculations for formulation.
* Ability to work independently is crucial.
* Documentation and following SOP's.
* Communicates effectively with team members and management.
* Basic computer skills such as Microsoft office.
