Job description

Job brief: We are seeking a finance director with a proven track record of success to manage our company's financial and accounting operations, IT department and internal processes. We are looking for a reliable professional with broad knowledge of finance, accounting and business. As a member of a Senior Team, this position is for a strategic thinker and effective leader who can make effective decisions and help guide the company towards efficiency and long term success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & evaluate NPC's financials, performance and risk
• Set benchmark targets and supervise finance personnel
• Prepare timely and detailed financial reports
• Conduct analysis for forecasts and budgets
• Oversee IT and internal process & recommend improvements
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or related
• Master's and/or CPA preferred
• 5+ years' experience as director of finance or similar
• High integrity and solid moral judgement
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and best practices
• Advanced skills in computer technology, Excel and QuickBooks
• Ability to innovate and create process improvements
• Expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision maker
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen
• Outstanding communication skills, both orally and written
• Ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities
