Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an immediate opening for an experienced Community Director at MONTECITO, a beautiful 256-unit apartment community in the Inland Empire, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

As our successful candidate, you will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance and EXCELLENT customer service at Montecito, a beautiful 256-unit, Lewis-owned community.
Your duties will include:
* Consistent leadership to the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff
Our best Community Directors have 3+ years of property management experience, including a strong supervisory background and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping. Basic understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is also required. Your people skills should include all aspects of staff management. With our support, you will coach, reward and lead your team to success each and every day.
