Primary Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Real Estate Services Project Manager include planning and managing all aspects of small to medium single discipline projects or large, routine projects for right of way related work - generally related to construction projects. Must be proficient with the federal, state and industry laws and regulations such as FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, FERC and Uniform Relocation Act regulations. Performs activities to manage Real Property projects such as: property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination and utility relocation/coordination. Independently coordinates the work of professional staff and the balance the team throughout the entire projects development. Establishes client relations, and is involved with the marketing, contractual, right of way and production meetings. Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to deliver right of way and property rights on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, and the Area Manager for project reviews with company management on an as needed basis. #LI-JF1

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience manager projects for right of way, title, utility, relocation, property management or other industry areas, preferably with DOTs.
- Expertise with Uniform Relocation Act and the Eminent Domain Process
- Have the knowledge and ability to review and understand real estate documents including title, appraisal, environmental, and survey
- Proficient with standard technology tools such as: MS Office, Excel and Project. Database and GIS familiarity a plus.
- Position requires skills including: ability to build positive client relationships, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work with Junior staff, Senior Staff, clients and residential and commercial property owners
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop marketing plans, proposal documents and industry presentation and maintain lasting client relations.
