What We Are Looking For

LendUS, LLC dba RPM Mortgage is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the SoCal region to help provide administrative and organizational support to the branch and Branch Manager.

Essential Functions

• Relieves team members of administration detail on all assigned projects; coordinates work flow.
• Ability to interpret, draft, and review financial material and presentations. Run reports when needed.
• Update and follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
• Keep projects on schedule.
• Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
• Process replies on own initiative or from manager's dictation/notes.
• Handle all inquiries with a sense of urgency.
• Assemble, review, and process expense reports.
• Actively maintain calendar; ascertain which events will require presence and coordinate necessary travel arrangements.
• Performs receptionist duties (i.e., answer and direct telephone calls) as needed
• Ensure proper disposal of documents, goods, etc.
• Assists with special events and guests
