They are looking for a VP, Commercial Loan Officer who establishes and manages a portfolio of Commercial clients by performing the following duties. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Generates and screens leads following established policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and product sales
Calls and visits target customers to promote and sell established products and services
Interviews applicant and requests specified information for loan application
Requests applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to loan applicant's evaluation

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years Commercial Real Estate & Business lending experience
Familiar with basic real estate terms and markets.
Proficient in the following software applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Moody?s Risk Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication.
