WHAT YOUR ASSIGNMENTS MAY INCLUDE

• Working with business stakeholders and end users to develop and document technical solutions to business problems
• Gathering, documenting and communicating complex business and functional requirements
• Generating requirements specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, user interface designs, user manuals, training materials, and other system documentation
• Providing on-site client consulting support

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or Liberal Arts
• An interest in human services
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to produce on your own, but also share your expertise with teammates
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of employees as well as outside customers.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and plan effectively in order to meet deadlines
• You're self-managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
• You're a problem solver with ability to understand business processes, analyze data and follow through to resolve issues
• You're a fast learner and are able to grasp concepts quickly, reduce them to practice with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, agile environment
• You're naturally able to exert influence, drive and steer stakeholders in the right direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
