Full Time Remote Position!
Call Center Customer Service Rep
Pay: $15 an hour $15.50 for Bilingual
Hours: 8am to 5pm or 11:30am to 8pm PST
They run Monday through Sunday however they will select the work days. (40 hours a week)
Training Hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday PST
Start Date: 12/13/2021
Job Description:
This position is through the CA Department of Health Program. You will take inbound calls from CA residents and provide support in many items related to the state of California and department of Health. Many lines are geared to the COVID 19 response lines scheduling vaccination appointments and providing COVID 19 updates. Workers could be trained on multiple lines and teams to support the state and the state's needs.
Languages Supported:
English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Persian, Armenian, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Japanese
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Background check that will do a education and employment verification.
1 year or more experience in a Customer Service or Call Center
Must have a computer or laptop and headset
