Job description

Position Overview

The Client Sacramento CA location is looking to hire an Internal Customer Services professional, who can monitor and review employee data records for accuracy. The Customer Services Professional will be responsible for promptly identifying data inaccuracies, and ensure corrections are processed as needed . This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate candidate who values customer service with strong communication skills. The person selected will work with the Human Resources and other Business Team members to help provide the site with timely communication, positive employee interactions, manage and audit several on boarding activities for new hires, as well as a variety of customer services functions and work on ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities and deliverables associated with the role include: ADVANCED MS EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED. Must be able to perform Vlookup or Index Match working with Excel quickly and with accuracy.

•Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine accuracy.
•Researching discrepancies, operational problems, or other issue.
•Examining records, reports and reporting results.
•Monitors daily reports to identify instances of data inaccuracies.
•Manage and audit HR related data
•Audit other key data elements
•Assist with Site Communications
•Coordinate projects and local events
•Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
•Manage employee data changes
•Function as part of a high-performing, flexible team member
•Support hourly Performance Management activities
•Maintain Global Organization Charts
•Other projects as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
